Note:

1. Participants are strongly requested to register for the congress individually via the Online Registration System.
2. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one of its authors with full registration. Participants paying full registration can cover a maximum of four papers.
3. Student fees are applicable only to full-time students. Students must provide a proof of their student status (student ID or certificate, endorsed by the signature of a supervisor), as PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG. file during the registration process. Student registration will be valid only upon receipt of the proof of status
4. If you fail to receive the registration confirmation email after completing the online registration, please contact the IEEE ASRU 2023 Secretariat before you try to register again. Please note that sign up as a member DOES NOT constitute registration for the congress.
5. Registration is only valid upon receipt of full payment. Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via email within three days after a completion of your on-line registration. The confirmation of registration will be sent via email within 3 weeks upon clearance of payment.
6. To be entitled to the early registration reduced rates, payment must be completed before October 13, 2023.
7. A full social program will provide ample opportunities for discussion, including tutorial, welcome reception, banquet (regular registration)/ student party (student registration), lunches, etc.

PAYMENT METHOD:
Payment must be made in NT Dollars and the payment could be made by wither of the method mentioned below. please note that applicants will be responsible of all bank charges incurred.

Only International Credit Cards of Visa, Master and JCB Card are accepted.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to IEEE ASRU 2023 Registration & Abstract Submission Office  ( registration@asru2023.org )
• Refunds will be made after the end of IEEE ASRU 2023.
• All bank charges occurred during transaction will be registrants’ responsibility

INSURANCE
Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
