- I certify that the statements made by me are true, complete and correct. I authorize FIABCI and the Host Chapter to make use of my information as part of the registration process as well as for the post/pro event promotion.
- 本人所提供的資料均為真實、完整且正確。本人授權 FIABCI 及 主辦分會（Host Chapter） 於報名程序中使用本人所提供的資訊，並可將該資訊用於活動結束前後的宣傳與推廣。
- I grant FIABCI and FIABCI-Taiwan non-revocable permission to capture, during the above-mentioned event, my image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively « Images »). I acknowledge that FIABCI and FIABCI-Taiwan will own such Images and further grant the permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to FIABCI and FIABCI-Taiwan businesses, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, website images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof.
- 本人同意授權 FIABCI 與 FIABCI Taiwan（FIABCI 台灣分會） 在上述活動期間，不可撤銷地拍攝、錄製本人之肖像及形象，包括照片、錄影、電影、錄音或任何其他媒體（以下統稱「影像」）。
- 本人確認，上述影像之所有權歸 FIABCI 與 FIABCI Taiwan 所有，並進一步授權其得就與 FIABCI 及 FIABCI Taiwan 業務相關之用途，對該等影像進行著作權登記、展示、出版、散布、使用、修改、印製及再版，包括但不限於：
- 出版品
- 廣告
- 宣傳手冊
- 官方網站圖片
- 其他電子媒體之展示與傳播
