Note:

1. Participants are strongly encouraged to register individually for the congress through the Online Registration System.
2. If you do not receive the registration confirmation email after completing the online registration, please contact the MCV 2023 Secretariat before attempting to register again. Please note that signing up as a member DOES NOT count as registration for the congress.
3. Registration will only be considered valid upon receipt of full payment. A Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via email within three days after completing your online registration. The confirmation of registration will be emailed within 3 weeks after payment clearance.
4. To avail of the early registration reduced rates, payment must be completed before September 11, 2023.

PAYMENT METHOD:
Payment must be made in US Dollars or NT Dollars, and the payment can be made using either of the methods mentioned below. Please note that applicants will be responsible for all bank charges incurred.

Only International Credit Cards of Visa, Master and JCB Card are accepted.

Telegraph Transfer
Participants who choose to pay by telegraph transfer are kindly requested to upload the remittance receipt via the registration system to confirm your payment. Once we confirmed your payment with the bank, you will receive the official receipt within 7-15 working days.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to MCV 2023 Registration & Abstract Submission Office (mcv2023.reg@mcv2023.tw)
• Refunds will be made after the end of MCV 2023.
• All bank charges occurred during transaction will be registrants’ responsibility

In the event of cancellation of the Congress all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. INSURANCE
Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
